Please be informed that room re- allocation for (0nline
Shopping) 2023/2024 academic year will be handled online via ARIS 3.
Kindly do not shop if you do not want
accommodation as you hinder needy students for the
opportunity. Make sure you pay for accommodation fee
after shopping, thus, if you default you will pay fine.
CoICT Hostel shopping will be on 02nd December 2023 and
other halls of residence and hostel shopping will be held 02nd December 2023

Step 1
Go to your web browser and search for aris3 udsm, it will open up like this, fill your credentials and click login.
Step 2
Go to the menu tab and click accommodation, like this
STEP 3
Select Hostel, Floor, Room and Bed you wish
to stay, look to the room which have vacancy.
STEP 4
Click Allow Re-Allocation
STEP 5
You will be given amount to pay for your
accommodation then Click Apply
STEP 6
You will be notified 2 days to pay your bill. If
you default you will pay fine.
STEP 7
Click Payment and see your Control Number
and Pay your Bill, please note if you default
you will pay fine and your examination results
will be withheld.
Send your payment receipt and tenancy
agreement to your Warden in your allocated
hall of residence or hostel.
